Terms of Use
These terms cover the use of Bicol Adventure ATV, an independent editorial guide to ATV riding around Mayon Volcano and the wider Bicol region. Reading them takes about two minutes; the short version is that this is informational content, not a booking service, and it should be treated as a starting point for planning a ride, not the final word on trail conditions.
What this site is, and isn’t
This is not a tour operator, and it doesn’t run, sell, or take bookings for any ATV ride. It’s a running dossier of trail notes, distance and elevation data, terrain descriptions, and planning guides, written and maintained independently of any operator in the area. Where a route mentions a difficulty rating or a typical cost, that reflects the editors’ own research and classification, not a live quote from a specific business.
Accuracy of trail and condition information
Conditions on volcanic ash and rice-paddy trails change quickly with weather, and the live “trail conditions” indicator on this site is a general regional weather signal, not a substitute for an on-the-ground inspection. Treat every distance, elevation, difficulty rating, and condition note here as a planning reference, and confirm current terrain conditions with a licensed local operator before riding.
Booking with a third-party operator
Any ATV ride you arrange after reading this site is a transaction between you and that operator, on their terms, not this site’s. This site takes no commission on rides, has no contract with any specific operator named or implied in its content, and isn’t a party to that booking in any way.
Advertising and affiliate content
The homepage sidebar carries one paid banner placement, clearly presented as an advertisement rather than editorial content. Beyond that single placement, this site does not run affiliate booking links for ATV tours, and no other content on the site is sponsored.
External links
Where this site links to an operator’s website, a tourism resource, or any other third party, that link is provided for convenience and doesn’t imply an endorsement, partnership, or verification of what’s on the other end. We aren’t responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any site we link to.
Content ownership
The written trail guides, photography, and illustrations on this site belong to Bicol Adventure ATV unless otherwise credited. You’re welcome to link to any page here; republishing full articles or images elsewhere requires asking first through the contact page.
No liability for riding decisions
ATV riding carries real physical risk regardless of how well a trail is documented. By using this site you accept that any riding decision you make (which route, which operator, whether conditions are safe on a given day) is yours alone, and this site carries no liability for outcomes on a trail it doesn’t operate.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the site’s content or features change; the current version always applies to your use of the site. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
